Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Agentkube, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.Definitions
- Software: The Agentkube desktop application, including any updates, bug fixes, enhancements, or modifications provided by Agentkube.
- Customer Data: Any data, configuration, or information accessed by the Software on the Customer’s system.
- Subscription: Paid access to certain features of the Software, activated through user signup and account authentication.
License & Access
Subject to compliance with these Terms, Agentkube grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Software through your registered account. You may not:- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Rent, lease, or sublicense the Software
- Share or resell access to your account
Data Processing & Storage
Local-Only Storage
- Agentkube does not transmit or store your Kubernetes cluster data, pod logs, or configurations on our servers
- All operational data remains on your local system
- The only data Agentkube maintains on its servers relates to your user account and subscription status
Analytics (Optional)
- Agentkube may collect non-identifiable usage metrics (such as feature usage, crash reports, or error logs) via third-party tools like PostHog
- Analytics are opt-in and can be disabled anytime in Settings > General
- No cluster logs, kubeconfig data, or workloads are included in analytics
Third-Party Integrations
- For AI features, Agentkube connects to OpenRouter and related providers
- Any data shared with these providers is governed by their own terms and policies
- Agentkube does not log, store, or reuse your requests/responses
Subscriptions & Payments
- Access to premium features of the Software requires a valid subscription
- Subscriptions are billed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Lemon Squeezy)
- All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated
- Agentkube may change subscription pricing with prior notice
- Your access to premium features will automatically terminate if your subscription lapses
Updates & Support
- Agentkube may provide updates, bug fixes, or new features
- Updates may be installed automatically or require manual action
- Support is provided on a commercially reasonable basis via Agentkube’s designated support channels
Termination
- These Terms remain in effect until terminated
- Agentkube may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms
- You may stop using the Software at any time by uninstalling it and canceling your subscription
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Agentkube does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:- Agentkube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
- Agentkube’s total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim
Miscellaneous
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Agentkube
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
- Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver
